Bake brownie mix as directed on box with 1/2 bag of andes mint chips stirred in.

Mix cream cheese & powdered sugar. Stir in 2 C Cool Whip and spread on cooled brownie.

|
|
Mix 1 small box pudding as directed on box. Stir in 1/3 bag of andes mint chips. Spread on cream cheese layer.
|
|
|
|
Top with coolwhip and garnish with andes mint chips.
