     Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 Portobello mush. Tops, cleaned
1 ½ tsp sugar
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
½ TBS seasoned salt
Cheese of choice (swiss, Munster, etc.)
 

Instructions
Mix sugar, oil, vinegar and salt in bowl.
Over medium heat, fry mushroom caps, pour ½ sauce over top. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip, pour remaining mixture onto caps. Flip after 1 to 2 more minutes.
Add cheese, cover, turn heat to low and cook until cheese is melted.
Serving Suggestions
Seve on keiser roll.
