Instructions |

|
Mix sugar, salt, and syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes
|

Stir in peanuts.Microwave 2 to 6 minutes or until syrup and peanuts are light brown. Stir every 2 minutes

Stir in butter, vanilla, and baking soda until light and foamy
|

Spread 1/4 inch thick on a large well buttered cookie sheet. Wait 10 minutes and break into pieces
