Slice salami in ¼ “ slices, leaving ¼ “ attached at the bottom. Place salami in a large casserole dish.

Combine all other ingredients and pour over salami.
|
|
|
Bake 300 degrees for 2 plus hours. Check and marinate periodically. Cover with aluminum foil if salami starts to burn.
