Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or other shallow, ovenproof dish.
DO AHEAD- Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Bring back to room temperature before baking.
