Ingredients
3 large cans italian sauce/half can of water
2 large cans puree/half can water each
2 large cans of sauce/half can of water
pork should blade-(something with the bone)
beef country style ribs
slices of pepperoni or spicy italian sausage
black pepper
garlic salt
italian seasoning
 

Instructions
Cover the bottom of pan with olive oil. Salt the meat with garlic salt and brown all sides.
Add all cans of sauces, use around a half a can of water in each to get all the sauce.
Add the spices. Italian seasoning a good handful.
Add the slics of pepperoni or spicy italian patties. These are for flavor. Cook on simmer for at least 6-8 hours.
Serving Suggestions
This makes enough for freezing.
