1 c. Bisquick
|
| |
1 (3oz) pkg. instant lemon pudding
|
| |
½ tsp ground ginger
|
| |
1 egg lightly beaten
|
| |
¼ c vegetable oil
|
| |
sugar for rolling
|
| |
3 squares white baking chocolate, melted
|

|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |

|
Stir baking mix, pudding mix, and ginger in medium bowl. Mix in egg and oil until well blended.

|
With hands, roll cookie dough into 1” balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2” apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.

|
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheets and cool on wire rack.

|
|
When completely cooled drizzle top with melted chocolate.
