     Spinach Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2-3 cup fine seasoned Peperidge Farm Stuffing
2 large onions, chopped
¾ cup melted butter
1 TBS garlic salt
6 eggs, beaten
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Roll into walnut sized balls. Freeze on wax paper on a cookie sheet individually then store in freezer bags.
Thaw 1 hour before serving. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
