     Orange Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 can [6 oz] frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted and thawed
1/2 tsp. marjoram
3 whole chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp cornstarch
 

Instructions
Combine orange juice and marjoram in shallow dish. Remove skin and excess fat from chicken breasts. Dip each in orange juice mixture to coat and place in casserole in Crock-Pot. Pour remaining sauce over. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours [High-4-5]
Before serving, remove chicken breasts from casserole. Mix water and cornstarch together and add to orange juice mixture in crock pot. Place corning ware casserole on stovetop and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Serve over chicken.
Serving Suggestions
11/91-good- dont overcook- sauce should be a little runny.
