     Chicken/Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
¼ cup oil
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 large can chicken broth
½ cup soy sauce
4 TBS corn starch
¾ head cabbage, diced
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 small onions, sliced thin
Rice-cooked
 

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and cook in a saucepan with oil, until chicken is no longer pink.
Combine broth, soy sauce and corn starch in small saucepan and heat.
Stir fry cabbage, celery and onions in wok or skillet for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and broth mixture to vegetables. Mix, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice
