In a large frying pan melt butter and add garlic and onion. After the onion has softened add the cream cheese and artichokes and sourcream. mix well then add the spinach and mix well, cooking on med heat. Ater the spinach is well mixed add the parmesan cheese and turn of heat. Mix the cheese in well and place in a bowl for dipping.
