     Healthy Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
Annie's White Cheddar shells and cheese
2 broccoli crowns
can or pouch of tuna (smaller for less tuna flavor)
half cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
quarter cup of skim milk
1 tbsp butter or margarine
French's Fried onions (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Bring pot of water to boil, then chop broccoli into bite size pieces When water is boiling, add pasta, then put broccoli in strainer on top of pot to steam. When broccoli is bright green, remove and set aside. Mix milk and cheese sauce. Drain pasta, then add back to pan. Pour milk and cheese mixture over pasta. Add butter, then broccoli, cheddar cheese, and tuna. Mix well and put in oven safe casserole dish.
Top with onions if desired. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly and onions are crispy
Serving Suggestions
Serve with steamed veggies if desired and a big glass of milk
