Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion (diced or omit)
salt & pepper
Sauce-
3/4 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Mustard
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
 
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients. Simmer/brown meat for 10 minutes & drain. Pour sauce over meat (add a little water if dry); cook for 5 more minutes.
