     Pie Crust

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
¾ cup Crisco
5 TBS cold water
 

Instructions
Combine flour and salt in med bowl, cut in Crisco using pastry blender until it forms pea-sized chunks. Sprinkle with water 1 TBS at a time. Toss lightly with a fork until dough forms a ball.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Press between hands to for 2 5-6” pancakes. Flour pancakes lightly on both sides.
Roll crust between sheets of wax paper. To desired shape. Trim to fit pie plate.
