     Scalloped Corn Casserole

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter, softened
1 (15oz) can cream corn
1 (15oz) can corn
1 (8oz) corn muffin mix
1 TBS sugar
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9x13” pan. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.
To Freeze- Place in Freezer bag prior to baking, be sure to thaw overnight before baking.
