     Honey Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
½ cup honey
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBS soy sauce
dash of pepper
 
Instructions
Place all ingredients except pork chops in blender and mix throughly.
Place pork chops and blended mixture in freezer bag. Seal, Freeze or marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Bake or grill chops until no longer pink.
