In a sauce pan, on medium heat, add oil til hot; then add chicken and cook til tender; add onions and saute.
Remove chicken and onions from pan. Add marmalade and BBQ sauce to pan. Simmer on low-medium heat til thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and onion back into pan and heat together; also add veggies if desired.
Salt and pepper to taste; Serve with rice.
