     CRAB, LOBSTER OR SHRIMP NEWBURG

Ingredients
1 lb. (or 3 c.) imitation crab meat, lobster or shrimp
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne
1 1/2 c. coffee creamer (half & half)
3 beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. sherry cooking wine
Puff Pastry shells (Pepperidge Farm)
 
1/3 cup butter

Instructions
Cut shrimp and crab into small pieces. Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add egg yolks to cream. Add mixture to flour and cook and stir until smooth and thick.Add meat of shellfish; heat. Remove from heat and slowly stir in sherry. Serve immediately onto pastry shells.
