3/4 cups Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingreadients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8X4 inch loaf pan; bake 1 hour or until mea is no longer pink and juces run clear. Drain; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
