mix first 3 ingredients, add eggs 1 at a time, add vanilla and beat
until smooth
Melt chocolate and add instant coffee de-solved in one tsp. of
coffee or water.
Add to butter mixture and mix well
add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well, chill covered, for at
least 2 hours.
Roll the batter in to 1 1/4 inch (3 cm) balls. Roll the balls in sugar.
Arrange about 2 inches (5 cm) apart on cookie sheets. Bake in 350
F (175 C) oven for 10-12 min until tops are cracked. cookies will
be soft let sit for 5 min before placing them on cooling rack.
