     Belgium Waffles

Ingredients
1 lb. butter (melted and cooled)
6 eggs
2 cups white granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 jiggers rum
Dash of salt
7 cups flour.
 

Instructions
Beat butter and eggs lightly in a bowl. Mix both sugars, rum, and salt together. Add to butter mixture and stir. Refrigerate overnight.
Roll in small balls and bake in pizzelle iron.
