marinate the chicken in the soy sauce for about 15min then brown in the sesame oil in a large skillet till browned and thoroughly cooked. Set to side. Next saute the onion and carrots for a few minutes then add the rice,broccoli and peas.
cook on low till heated through adding more soy sauce till all the rice is brown. Serve with egg rolls.
