1 lb firm-fleshed white fish, cut into 1 each pieces
3/4 lb uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
1 can 61/2oz shipped claims with juice
1 can 6oz crabmeat, drained
Instructions
In slow cooker, mix onions, celery, garlic, tomato paste, wine, vinegar, oil, italian, seasoning, surgar, pepper flates, and bay leaf.
Cover; cook on high heat setting 4 hours
Stir fish, shrinp, claims with juice and crabmeat into stew. Reduce heat setting to low; cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork
before serving discard bay leaf.
215 calories. 15g carbs less if you use sugar substitute. 30 grams protein, 3 grams fiber.
