Preheat oven 350.
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Remove stems from mushrooms. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and place on a foiled lined cookie sheet as mushrooms will sweat during baking.
Bake for 15 - 20 mins, then broil for approx 5 mins until tops are brown.
