     The Best Bread Machine Rolls

Ingredients
3 cups of bread flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 package active dry yeast
1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
 

Instructions
Place bread flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, water, butter and yeast in the bread machine pan. Set menu setting on dough and start.
Remove risen dough from the machine and deflate. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, divide into 12 equal pieces and form into rounds. Place the round onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with damp cloth and let rise until doubled in volume (approx 40 mins).
Preheat oven 350. In a small bowl make and egg wash with 1 egg and a splash of water. Brush tops of dough and bake for approx 15 minutes or until golden brown.
