     Pineapple Squares

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup crisco
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 egg yolks
 
Instructions
Mix flour, crisco, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Add milk and egg yolks. Mix like pie dough and refrigerate for 2 and 1/2 hours.
Filling- 1 can crushed pineapple 1 and 1/2 cups sugar 4 Tbsp. corn starch
Cook about 10 minutes or until thick. Bake 20-25 minutes.
