Ingredients
5 bunches parsley
2 bunches green onions
4 tomatoes
2/3 cup cracked wheat
1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 large lemons
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
 
1/8 tsp. allspice
Fresh mint

Instructions
Chop parsley very fine. Chop green onions and mint. Dice tomatoes and mix with dry cracked wheat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add all ingredients and mix well.
