     Sam's Brownies with a Mint Twist

Ingredients
1 Sam's Brownie Recipe
FILLING
1/2 cup butter
4 cups of icing sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
few drops of green food coloring
TOPPING
1/2 cup butter
 
1 and 1/2 cups of chocolate Chips
Instructions
Filling Cream butter, icing sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Topping Melt butter and chocolate chips in a sauce pan. Spread over second layer. Cool until chocolate is firm. Serve
