Cook onions and pepper in margarine.
Add milk and cream cheese.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Add seasonings, shrimp, mushrooms and parsley.
Keep warm.
Cook pasta, drain, toss with margarine and parmesean.
Arrange on a warm platter or shallow bowl;
ladle sauce over pasta.
Garnish with additional shrimp.
Options- In addition to shrimp, use flaked cooked sole, canned fish
or a combination.
