Mix pudding mix and milk to make pudding. Mix in ice cream to desired consistency. (I use less ice cream) In 9x13 pan mix crackers, sugar, and softened butter. Pat into bottom of pan. Pour filling onto crust. Refrigerate 10 min until filling firms. Top with Cool Whip. Shave candy bar on top. Keep refrigerated. Recipe can easily be cut in half to make 8x8.
