Beat eggs with fork. Add milk, mix. Add flour to reach pie crust consistency. Roll out very thin on well floured surface. Let dry for 1 to 2 hours. Cut in strips
Par boil chicken. Remove chicken from broth. Cook noodles in broth adding canned broth as needed. Coat and finish chicken in oven.
