     Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 pound flank steak
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T. vinegar
2 T. honey or sugar
1 T. fresh ginger root grated or 1 tsp. ground ginger
 

Instructions
On flank steak, score criss-cross on one side. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate meat in refridgerator 1-3 days or at room temperature for up to 3 hours. Broil or barbeque 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes then slice thinly on an angle against the grain.
I always get rave reviews when I make this. It is sooo..... easy; bonus!!!
