     Oma's Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
1-2 pkg. Conimex-Boemboe Nasi Goreng Seasoning mix
2 pounds pork roast, cooked and minced
Approximately 2-3 cups meat juices
2 large onions chopped and fried
boullion cubes to taste (beef)
Approximately 4-6 cups minute rice (cooked amount)
 

Instructions
Soak seasoning in warmed meat juices for 10-15 minutes. Add onion and pork. Add cooked rice to personal taste.
If too liquidy, add more rice. If too dry, add more boullion. Try substituting or adding chicken or shrimp.
Serving Suggestions
Scrambled eggs on top-Applesauce or pineapple on side
