     Janette Parker's Rolls

Ingredients
1 TB yeast
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 TB salt
7 c. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. soft margarine.
 

Instructions
Mix water, sugar, salt, eggs, & margarine. Add yeast, mix. Sit for 2 minutes.
Add 4 c. flour, mix well. Add 3 c. flour, mix.
Let rise to double. Punch down, let rise to double again. Roll out 1/2inch thick. Cut in circles. Put melted butter in middle, fold in half.
Put on greased cookie sheet and let rise double. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
