     Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c/ buttermilk
3 c. all bran
1 c. nuts, opt.
1/ c craisins, opt.
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
 
2 1/2 tsp. soda
Instructions
Blend togeter sugar, oil, eggs, & buttermilk. Pour 1 c. boiling water over all bran, craisins, & nuts.
Combine all ingredients together. Bake @ 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes in greasd muffin tins.
