     Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
Large loaf of french bread
8 eggs, beaten
1 to 1 1/4 pound colby jack cheese, shredded
2 c. milk (2 percent or higher)
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1 small onion, diced
1 dash cayenne pepper
 
1 pkg. cream cheese

Instructions
Tear break in chunks and place in bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. Pour butter over the top. Cube the cream cheese and put over bread and butter. Top with colby jack.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, mustard, onions, cayenne and salt. Pour this over the break mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven covered in foil for 55 mintues. Take the foil off and back 10 minutes more.
