cream oleo, eggs, sugar. Mix dry ingredients add apples and vanilla. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in cake pan of choice. Dough will be dry but will bake very moist.
Note- 1 cup chopped nuts or raisins may be added. This cake freezes very well.
My mom does put the nuts and raisins in and she serves it with cool whip.
This cake could be considered low fat because the only thing that is really that bad would be the eggs and the oleo
