Heat 2 1/2 cups milk on low. Shake together / flour, corn starch & milk for thickning. Add
eggs, sugar and salt, and add to heated milk. Stir and cook until thick. Stir in vanilla. Let
cool and fill PRE-BAKED PIE CRUST.
For layer cake - 3/4 cup milk - 1 T fpour - 1/2 T corn starch - 1/4 cup milk(for thickning) -
2 egg yolks - 1/3 cup sugar - pinch salt - 1/2 tsp vanilla
