     SouthWest Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk hot pork sausage
1 medium onion, chooped
1 to 1-1/2 cup water
1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz) can light red kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
 
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 to 2 Tbls chili powder
1 Tbls cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground red pepper

Instructions
Cook sausage with ground beef and onion until meat crumbles; drain. Add 1 cup water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
