Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and coat 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray
|
|
|
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, soda, powder, nutmeg, salt, oats and raisins
|
|
|
Stir in oil, egg, milk, carrots, and banana
|
|
|
Fill each muffin cup with 1/2 cup batter
Bake 22-25 minutes or until muffins test done
|
