     Herbed Potato Casserole

Ingredients
10 potatoes (3 1/2 pounds)
1/2 pound cream cheese
1/4 pound butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, minced
salt and pepper
pinch of marjoram
1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Potatoes- boil, drain, dry, peel and mash. Blend potatoes with butter and cream cheese. Mix in rest of ingredients except bread crumbs.
bake in 8 X 8 baking dish with crumbs on top at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and heated through.
