2- 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese
|

8 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
|

2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
|

1/2 cup red or green bell pepper. chopped
|

2 T onion, chopped
|

1 T seasoned salt

Instructions |
|
|
Soften cream cheese. Stir in pineapple, peppers, onion, salt and one
cup chopped nuts.
|
|
|
Form into large ball or 2 medium balls. Chill. When well chilled, roll
in remaining nuts and return to fridge until ready to serve.
