     Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients
2- 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese
8 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup red or green bell pepper. chopped
2 T onion, chopped
1 T seasoned salt
 

Instructions
Soften cream cheese. Stir in pineapple, peppers, onion, salt and one cup chopped nuts.
Form into large ball or 2 medium balls. Chill. When well chilled, roll in remaining nuts and return to fridge until ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fancy crackers
