Separate eggs- beat yolks and add 5 T sugar. Beat until creamy.
Fold cheese into egg yolk mixture. Beat for 1 minute.
Beat whites until firm. Add whites to cheese mixture and beat until
creamy. Gently. Refridgerate
Layering-bottom pan- bisquits dipped lightly in coffee mixture.-
cheese layer mixture-repeat for 3 or 4 total layers. 1 hour before
serving, put in freezer to 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa before
serving.
