     Eggplant Parmesan

Ingredients
Eggplant
Prego sauce
basil
parmesan cheese
mozzerella cheese
egg
flour
salt
pepper
 
oil

Instructions
Slice egglent into circles. Soak in salt water, rinse. Dip eggpland rounds in egg and then in flour and salt and pepper. Fry in olive oil until brown.
Place rounds in single layer in pan. Cover with Prego, sprinkle with cheeses and basil leaves.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
