Ingredients
1 lg can pumpkin
1 12oz can evaporated skim milk (use just less)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinn
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 tsp cloves (optional)
 
Instructions
Mix all ingred. Pour into unbaked pie crust and Bake 1 hour at 350
