     Egg Wash

Ingredients
2 eggs
milk
1/3 cup self rising flour
1/4 cup Old Bays bread crumbs
garlic salt
 
Instructions
Mix eggs and milk to make light consistency. Add flour to egg mix and shake. Add bread crumbs and garlic salt, blend well.
Use enough oil to cover shrimp or fish. Heat oil to VERY HOT. Cook shrimp only about 1 to 1 1/2 min. Keep picking out dark crumbs.
