     Happy Day Cake (Shortcake)

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Crisco
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Sift together first four ingred.
Cream together next four ingred. Add dry ingred and just mix. Bake 35 to 40 min at 375.
