     Apple-Honey Custard Pie

Ingredients
9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
4 large eggs
3/4 cup honey
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
optional items-
 
chopped nuts on top (walnut or almond)
replace honey with maple syrup
replace apples with peaches or black cherries

Instructions
Spread apple slices evenly over pie shell.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender. Run on high for several seconds.
Pour over apples. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until solid when jiggled. Cool at least to room temperature before cutting.
