Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour (sift)
1/2 cup sugar
1T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 heaping cups blueberries
 
Instructions
Sift together first four ingred into bowl.
Mix egg and milk together in a cup. Add to dry mix and JUST MIX.
Add oil and blueberries and JUST MIX Bake 15 to 20 min at 350
