     Banana Nut French Toast

Ingredients
bananas
butter
brown sugar
walnuts
bread
syrup
egg wash
 
Instructions
In a saucepan, warm a mixture of butter, bananas, brown sugar and walnuts.
Make egg wash and dip one side of each bread slice. Make sandwiches with banana mixture between slices of bread. Fry to golden.
Cut into quarters and serve on plate with points up. Top with remaining banana mixture and warm syrup.
